GET api/Order/Query/Fees/{orderid}?personalid={personalid}

依据订单号，查谒这个订单的退款(手续费扣除及退款)记录。仅当这个订单是您发起预订的，才会有数据返回。认证方式:HAWK，密钥：KEY+UPPER（MD5（密码））。
