POST api/Agent/VerifyCode

发送一个验证把到代理商留存在供应商处的手机上。 认证方式:HAWK，密钥：KEY+UPPER（MD5（密码））。

窗体参数

手机号码或手机号尾数（后四位），此手机号必须是在供应商处开立账户时设置的（每个代理商可以留存两个手机号，此尾数必须是此手机号其中一个的尾数或全号(注意，手机号为要+86字样，中间不要'-'符)。
